All program fees must be paid and financial assistance requests must be pre-approved prior to the starting date. An application for class once processed, may be canceled 15 days before the start of the class without penalty minus a $15 processing fee. If the reason for cancellation is due to Covid the week that the course starts, you may receive a refund mminus a cancellation fee of $30. You will need to provide us with proof (doctor’s notice/ positive test result/etc.) and we will review your request for the refund. There are no refunds after the course has already started for any reason. Not attending the class or program does not entitle a participant to a credit or refund. When enrolled the participant is reserving space, time, and staffing whether the participant attends the program or not. When exceptional circumstances arise where participation is not possible (i.e. family emergency) the participant may email request for consideration of a credit or refund.

CultivAction reserves the right to cancel classes if there are less than 10 participants registered and will grant a full refund. Course content may vary slightly from the website description.
