By submitting this form I agree to the following:

All fees must be paid prior to the starting date. Cancellations. When enrolled the participant is reserving space, time, and staffing whether the participant attends the program or not. If the reason for cancellation is due to COVID the week that the workshop starts, you may receive a refund minus a processing fee of $5. You will need to provide us with proof (doctor’s notice/ positive test result/etc.) and we will review your request for the refund. There are no refunds after the workshop has started for any reason. Not attending the workshop does not entitle a participant to a credit or refund. When exceptional circumstances arise where participation is not possible (i.e. family emergency) the participant may email request for consideration of a credit or refund.
