Hello and welcome to the first class of the Urban Foraging course. The Loyola farm is located at 7075 rue Terrebonne. Please enter through the building, the door will be unlocked, and meet us out in the back around the picnic tables.

Below is the plan for our first class on May 24th.
Start at the farm and forage in the surrounding area
Activity: Familiarize ourselves with plant families, visual characteristics, and properties.
Recipe: simple syrups & violet lemonade.
It is important to be on time so we can depart from our meeting point together. I suggest arriving 15 minutes early to each class to give yourself some cushion time to arrive at our meeting point.
