Bienvenue à Cultivaction

Class 9 – August 26th

Hi everyone,

Welcome to Class 9 of the Urban Agriculture Certificate Course from CultivAction Solidarity Cooperative. Erik Chevrier, Ph.D. is away this week, so Mohammed will be leading today’s session.

We’ll begin by continuing with preservation and storage techniques that we didn’t have time to cover last class. Since we already explored seed saving, today’s focus will shift to food preservation and effective storage methods. We’ll also take time to discuss fall crops and what you can plant for the upcoming season.

Where to Meet

We will meet at the farm at Loyola Campus. The Loyola Farm is located at the back of Concordia University, Loyola Campus – TB building. 7079 Rue de Terrebonne, Montreal, Quebec H4B 1E1.

If You Can’t Find Us Contact Erik Chevrier, Ph.D.
