Hi all,

We did not finished work at Ste George, so we will meet there. We will harvest and spread the compost and seed some fall crops. This Saturday is the garlic festival, and we will be sure to visit and discuss the activities in the next lesson.

Please note that the local train company is in strike and alternatively you should use the buses, with no trains more traffic in the highway is anticipated.

The activities:

• Meeting at Ste George permaculture,
• Introduction and check-in
• Going through the food forest project, the front yard and the backyard and spotting the changes from the last visit,
• Spot any pest or disease
• Recognize the crops which are ready to harvest,
• Replacing the harvested crops with other annual vegetables,
• Harvesting and spreading part of the mature compost
• Gother seedlings and prepare them for transfer to the farm,
• Moving to the farm at Senneville,
• Going through the farm and the plot at patchwork and spotting the changes from the last visit,
• Spot any pest or disease
• Recognize the crops which are ready to harvest,
• Seeds harvesting, processing, labelling and saving (please bring small zip pages or any containers/plastic bags),
