Class 5: Post-Harvest Handling, Seed Saving, and Preservation
In this session, participants will learn how to harvest crops at peak quality, handle them to maintain freshness, and store them effectively. We will also cover essential seed saving techniques to ensure future growing success, along with preservation methods such as freezing, drying, and fermenting.
